Change Request Type to just GD or CI

Descriptions Getting Duplicated
Some descriptions in the tickets are getting duplicated. It also takes time for the designers to check off the check list in the sidebar because the tasks also duplicates. Please see ticket and image uploaded as reference: https://jar.designpickle.com/admin/tickets/974477

Slack button in DPP
When Pro clients sign up for DP, they have to look out for an email invitation from Production to their slack channel. Sometimes the email gets lots in spam, folks just miss it, or get confused about what to look for. It would be cool if we could create some sort of button or link in DPP (especially on the DPP homepage) where a client could click and be taken directly to their channel.

Because we make it possible for clients to upload as many requests as they'd like, when they leave DP, they may have several design requests in their queue that were never worked on. Currently, there is no way for someone to easily download the text or instructions of thosesrequests. It would be a good gesture to clients who leave to be able to provide this to them - especially if they are considering coming back to DP in the future.
Improved Production Notes Feature in DPP
As the customer success, success coach, and sales teams meet with clients to learn information about their design preferences, we want to be sure to share everything with the Production team. Right now, the only way to share that info is in the Notes portion of the Brand Profile on DPP. It would be great if that section of the brand profile were more robust so it were used more often. For example, maybe including categories of information or tags.
Incorrect count of request on filter
BrandedBill's queue filter and GD queue filter is not tallied. This first image shows the count of Franco's BrandedBill requests assigned using this Filter: Active - Team - Assignment - Franco, it shows that it has 12 requests but when I looked into Franco's queue, it shows 17 requests on his queue (second image).
Like how we have a #self_QR_GD tag, can we also have the same for ECR tickets? So we can easily see from a designer's queue which requests went through ECR without clicking through the individual tickets.
No edit subscriptions button in staging site
I am trying to make training videos but there is no way to edit a subscription on a cancelled account in staging. Example here is: [email protected]
