Feedback from On-Hold clients
It would be a good idea if whenever a client goes "On-Hold" the client can leave their feedback too (similar to what happens when they cancel)
Right now we don't have an idea of why the clients decide to go on-hold and we think it could be helpful to have a clear reason for their decision.
We want to make sure it's not our fault/preventable.
